Established in memory of Kelsey Kramer,the Kelsey Kramer Scholarship Fund will honor Kelsey by allowing us to issue a scholarship award annually in her memory to an Owen J. Roberts High School graduating senior student who shares her values and goals as well as embraces Kelsey's integrity, spirit and character. This award enables us to keep the spirit of Kelsey alive through the lives of others.
